Our Tukwila Branch is our flagship location, first opened in December 2004 under the name SoundStaff. In 2008, we rebranded to All StarZ Staffing and moved our headquarters to Kent, WA, in 2011. Just after Thanksgiving in 2021, we moved back to Tukwila, where it all began!

We’ve been providing custom staffing solutions for warehouse and production companies throughout the Puget Sound region for over 15 years. Our Tukwila Branch excels at matching qualified job seekers with light industrial opportunities, including roles in warehouse and production settings.
In addition to our expertise in warehouse and production staffing, we also provide staffing solutions for hospitality positions, such as hotel front desk and cleaning staff, janitorial, and sanitation jobs. While the majority of our placements are in light industrial roles, we also offer staffing for office positions, including front desk staff, customer service roles, and administrative assistants.

We take pride in our innovative approach to staffing. To begin with, we leverage technology like our resume harvester and our mobile app to match the right candidates to each position. Ultimately, we’re able to find the right candidates and get them out to work faster.
We’ve also managed over 20,000 projects for our clients since we opened our doors. And then in 2017 we launched our Managed Services program to provide a more robust project management experience. Our projects have included building displays, assembly, inspecting, and packaging products to name a few. On the whole, our Managed Services program can control costs for our clients while also providing excellent pay and opportunities for our temporary staff.
Additionally, we purchased an RV in 2018 and transformed it into our Mobile Staffing Unit (MSU). It now serves as a fully functional and flexible mobile office. Notably, we’ve driven it down the street to recruit and onboard candidates for our clients on site, and we’ve taken it across town to job fairs. We’ve even driven it cross-country to launch and support our other branches.
