All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Tech for an immediate opening with a production company in Kent, WA. We’re looking for someone with prior experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems to install and maintain machinery. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
Pay for the Maintenance Tech:
- $20 – $25 per hour
Job Location:
- Kent, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Maintenance Tech:
- Monday – Friday
- Multiple shifts available:
- 5am – 1:30pm
- 6am – 2:30pm
- 7am – 3:30pm
Maintenance Tech Duties:
- Record data and maintain procedures and documentation
- Debug and resolve problems with new and existing equipment
- Maintain equipment and facilities, including performing preventative maintenance
- Work with others to troubleshoot machine and system problems
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (or similar)
- Must have technical mechanical & electrical knowledge and experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot machines and systems
- Must be able to read drawings, prints, and understand technical specifications
- Must be proficient with MS Office
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior purchasing experience is a plus
- Associates degree in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
