All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator for an immediate opening with a packaging company in Auburn, WA (near Auburn Memorial Stadium). We’re looking for someone with general warehouse and forklift experience to run freight. Reliability is key – this client values a stable work history and proven experience with long shifts. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with room to grow!
Pay for the Forklift Operator:
- $22 per hour
- $1.50 shift differential for the night shift
Job Location:
- Auburn, WA, near Auburn High School and Auburn Memorial Stadium
- Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 9-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 160)
- Conveniently located near a grocery store
Schedule for the Forklift Operator:
- Multiple shifts available
- Day shift: 7am – 7pm
- Night shift: 7pm – 7am (7am – 7pm during training)
- Rotating schedule
- OT opportunities available

Forklift Operator Duties:
- Operate forklift to pull materials for shipment orders and the manufacturing team
- Maintain physical inventory using an inventory program
- Provide a positive customer service experience
- Maintain a safe working environment
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Must have prior forklift experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have basic math skills for inventory counts
- Available to work occasional overtime
- 1+ years experience maintaining a role with 12-hour shifts is preferred
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- We’re looking for someone with stable work history, ideally with no more than three jobs in the past five years & maintaining consistent employment with minimal gaps over the last year
- Able to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and responsibility
Organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential - Self-motivation and eagerness to grow with the company are key
