Going to be late or miss work?

  • Planned absences. Get approval from your supervisor and your All StarZ Recruiter before your day off. Please note that clients may not be able to hold your spot, so plan early!
  • Running late? Need to call in sick? Call us and let us know ASAP! Timely updates help us support you & keep everyone informed.
  • Unexpected absences. Calling in sick? Got an emergency? Stuff happens! If you can't make it to your scheduled shift, call and give us a heads up at least 4 hours in advance, if possible.
  • No matter what comes up, let us know ASAP, even if it's last minute. Skipping a shift without notice may impact your assignment, so keep us in the loop!

Didn't get your W-2?

W-2s are mailed early in January. If you didn’t get yours, don’t worry. We’re here to help you get it as quickly as possible. Here are your options:

  • Check if it was returned. Call, text or email your recruiter. If your W-2 has been returned, you can pick it up at our office during business hours. To safeguard your privacy, ID is required.
  • Request a reprint. If your W-2 hasn't been returned by February 15th, you can request a reprint. These are printed every Friday, so you'll be able to pick it up shortly after. Most reprints are free, but a $5 fee may be charged for requests to reprint multiple W-2s or older W-2s.
  • Mailing option. If you prefer not to pick it up, you can provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and we'll mail it to you. (Don't forget to update your address with us!)

We understand how important your W-2 is, so please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance. We’re here to make the process smooth and stress-free!

Update your personal info

Having current and accurate contact details is crucial for your employment with All StarZ Staffing. This ensures you receive important updates, tax forms, and paychecks directly and without delay. Whether you’ve moved, changed your phone number, or updated your email address, taking a few minutes to update your information can prevent unnecessary delays and frustrations.

Contact your recruiter to update any of the following information. They’ll send you a secure link to your personal information in your employee portal.

  • Mailing address (for your W-2)
  • Phone number
  • Email address (for your pay stubs)
  • Make changes to your W-4
  • Direct deposit account information

Paid Sick and Safe Time

All StarZ associates beging accruing sick leave on their first day of work, and becom eligible to use it after 90 days of work. Contact your recruiter to request a PSST form if your absence qualifies for Paid Sick and Safe Time pay.

Holiday Pay Policy

All StarZ Staffing offers 6 paid holidays per year for eligible associates. Paid holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

To be eligible for holiday pay, Field Staff members must:

  • Complete 960 hours of work within the 26 weeks preceding the holiday
  • Work at least 30 hours the week before the holiday
  • Work scheduled days immediately before and after the holiday
