What does the Customer Service Associate do? Supports customers and visitors at a busy truck repair shop, answering questions, handling parts orders, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
Pay for the Customer Service Associate:
- $23 – $25 per hour depending on experience
Job Location:
- Tukwila, WA: Located just off Hwy 99, near the Museum of Flight & Boeing, and under 10 minutes from Southcenter Mall
- Bus line accessible: The Tukwila International Boulevard Station is only a 15-minute bus ride away
Schedule for the Customer Service Associate:
- Monday – Friday

Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Greet and assist customers and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Relay customer requests to mechanics or team members
- Process parts orders and manage inventory
- Perform administrative tasks: filing, typing, copying, scanning
- Deliver a positive, professional customer service experience
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and filing
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably with small parts
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, software)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
