All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Van Driver for an immediate opening at the Bangor Naval Base near Bremerton & Silverdale, WA. We’re looking for someone with safe and timely transportation experience to transport clients and handle deliveries. Play a key role in essential daily operations at this vital base. This is a 9–12-month, full-time contract opportunity.
Pay for the Van Driver:
- $22+ per hour, depending on experience
Job Location:
- Bangor Naval Base near Bremerton & Silverdale, WA, with easy access to SR 3
- Bus line accessible: Kitsap Transit provides service directly to Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor
- Enjoy on-base convenience with restaurants and a mini-mart available.
Schedule for the Van Driver:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift
- Nights and weekend work as needed

Van Driver Duties:
- Timely Transportation: Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations on schedule
- Logistics & Planning: Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays, using navigation applications for optimal routes
- Professional Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally
- Vehicle Readiness: Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Record Keeping: Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
- Administrative Support: Fulfill administrative needs, such as office pickups
- Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work nights and weekends as needed
Van Driver Qualifications:
- Driving Experience: Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record
- Navigation Proficiency: Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift, load, and unload luggage, packages, and objects
