All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Office Intake Assistant for an immediate opening with a non-profit housing organization in Federal Way, WA. We’re looking for someone with general office experience and an interest in helping others. Gain experience and build your resume in this temporary role.
Pay for the Office Intake Assistant:
- $22.00 per hour

- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Office Intake Assistant:
- Multiple shifts available:
- Sun-Wed 8am-6pm
- Sun-Wed 2pm-midnight
- Wed-Sat 2pm-midnight
- Wed-Sat midnight-10am
Office Intake Assistant Duties:
- Greet and screen guests
- Provide a positive customer service experience for guests
- Gather, document, and report information accurately
- Oversee the shelter during the night shifts, including light housekeeping of common areas
Office Intake Assistant Qualifications:
- Must be able to maintain a professional and compassionate attitude with all guests
- Must be able to read and complete documents and reports in English
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
