All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Office Intake Assistant for an immediate openings on all shifts with a non-profit housing organization in Federal Way, WA. We’re looking for someone with general office experience and an interest in serving others for this Temp to Hire opportunity.
Pay for the Office Intake Assistant:
- $18 – $20 per hour
- Federal Way, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Office Intake Assistant:
- Monday – Friday
- Day, Swing & Night shifts available!
Office Intake Assistant Duties:
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude & show compassion to all guests
- Greet and screen guests
- Provide a positive customer service experience for guests during the night shift
- Gather, document, and report information clearly
- Oversee the shelter during the night shift
- Light housekeeping of common areas
Office Intake Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and complete documents and reports in English
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
