All StarZ Staffing is hiring several General Labor Associates for a brand-new food production facility in Stanwood, WA. We’re looking for someone with mechanical and/or construction knowledge to assemble walls & partitions, and perform light janitorial work. Must have strong communication skills and be able to maintain regular attendance. This is a 2-month project with the possibility to convert into a full time role.
Pay for General Labor Associate:
- $20 per hour
Job Location:
- Stanwood, WA
Schedule for General Labor Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift – 7am to 4:30pm
- Possible OT opportunities

General Labor Associate Duties:
- Perform light janitorial duties (sweeping, wiping surfaces, removing trash)
- Assist with assembly of walls & partitions
- Prep materials and tools for electricians
- Work hand tools
- Organize equipment
- Interpret and follow blueprints
- Communicate with supervisor for additional duties
General Labor Associate Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience is a plus!
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Familiar with using basic hand tools, including hammer, tape measure, etc.
- Must have good communication skills
- Wear steel toed boots & personal protective equipment
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
