All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Office Assistant for an immediate opening in Lacey, WA. We’re looking for someone proficient with MS Office, and strong attention to detail. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay for the Office Assistant:

  • $17.00 per hour


  • Lacey, WA

Schedule for the Office Assistant:

  • Day shift
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Maintain documents, records, and files
  • Check incoming forms and documents for required information
  • Extract and compile statistical data from source documents
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Collect fees and maintains collection records
  • Verify and balance receipts, and prepare bank deposit documents
  • Drafts routine forms and letters
  • Assembles reports
  • Proofread and make corrections for spelling and grammar
  • Sort, and distribute mail

Office Assistant Qualifications:

  • 1 year clerical experience
  • Must be able to performs basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word & Outlook
  • Must have strong attention to detail to be able to spot missing information, or correct spelling and grammar errors in documents.
