All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Client Services / Admin Assistant for an immediate short-term opening with a non-profit organization serving victims & survivors of gun violence in Burien, WA. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail to help out with filing & documentation. Build your skills & experience in this short term assignment!

 

Pay for the Client Services / Admin Assistant:

  • $20 per hour

 

Job Location:

  • Burien, WA
  • Bus line accessible

 

Schedule for the Client Services / Admin Assistant:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 4:30pm

 

Client Services / Admin Assistant Duties:

  • File Receipts
  • Audit client files
  • Communicate with clients and resolve discrepancies

 

Client Services / Admin Assistant Qualifications:

  • Must have strong attention to detail for accurate filing & documentation
  • Prior filing experience preferred
  • Must have strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Must be able to perform basic computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
