All StarZ Staffing is hiring Warehouse Leads for an immediate opening at a furniture distribution company in Kent, WA, near Ikea and Valley Medical Center. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee warehouse staff, assist with loading and unloading furniture, and ensure trailers are loaded safely and efficiently. We’re looking for candidates with prior warehouse leadership experience and a focus on safety and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What does the Room Attendant do? Supervise warehouse staff, help with loading and unloading furniture, and ensure work is done safely and efficiently.

Job Location:
- Kent, WA, near Ikea and Valley Medical Center
- Bus line accessible: The job site is about a 7‑minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 153)

Schedule for the Warehouse Lead:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Warehouse Lead Duties:
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, including laborers and material handlers
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture as needed
- Ensure trailers are loaded safely and efficiently
- Monitor workflow and productivity, report issues to management
- Mentor and coach team members to improve efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and enforce safety protocols
Warehouse Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven track record of consistent employment and reliability
- Strong attention to safety and operational detail
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Must provide and wear steel-toe shoes on the job
- Reliable and able to maintain regular attendance
