All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an immediate opening with an automotive supply warehouse in Arlington, WA (near the Arlington Municipal Airport). We’re looking for someone with prior warehouse experience to help pick, stage & palletize orders for customers. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth.
Pay for the Warehouse Associate:
- $22 – $24 per hour
Job Location:
- Arlington, WA (Smokey Point), near the Arlington Municipal Airport, and I-5
- Accessible via Community Transit bus route 202 (some walking required)
- Conveniently located near Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Walmart
Schedule for the Warehouse Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm

Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Pick & stage products for orders
- Palletize materials for delivery
- Operate an electric/manual pallet jack and/or a sit-down forklift
- Load and unload materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Must have prior warehouse experience
- 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Pallet jack experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse materials safely
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
- Lift and move materials up to 50-75 lbs with attention to safety
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
