All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Tanker Pump Operator for an immediate opening with an automotive supply warehouse in Arlington, WA (near the Arlington Municipal Airport). We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail to perform high-speed fluid transfers from tanker trucks to barrels. Transfer pump experience is a plus! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth. Training available.
Pay for the Tanker Pump Operator:
- $22 – $24 per hour
Job Location:
- Arlington, WA (Smokey Point), near the Arlington Municipal Airport, and I-5
- Accessible via Community Transit bus route 202 (some walking required)
- Conveniently located near Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Walmart
Schedule for the Tanker Pump Operator:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm

Tanker Pump Operator Duties:
- Perform high-speed fluid transfers from tanker trucks to create drums & bulk totes
- Collect samples at the beginning and end of each tanker load for quality testing.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including receiving, organizing, and moving materials.
- Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts to safely load and move materials
- Maintain accurate records of transferred materials and samples collected.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any spills, leaks, or equipment issues.
Tanker Pump Operator Qualifications:
- Previous pump operations experience preferred
- Forklift (1-2 years) and Pallet Jack (manual & electric) operations
- High attention to detail
- Lift and move materials up to 50-75 lbs with attention to safety
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
