All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Solar Installer for an immediate opening with a rooftop solar contractor in Reno, NV. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits!
Pay for the Solar Installer:
- $18 – $21 per hour

Location:
- Reno, NV
- Up to 40% travel
Schedule for the Solar Installer:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift
Solar Installer Duties:
- Layout, assemble, and install solar array and mounting hardware
- Assist with electrical wiring of energy products
- Prepare and cleanup the job site
- Pull materials for each installation job
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
Solar Installer Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior related experience preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus!
- Experience using basic hand and power tools preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while representing the client
- Able to collaborate with others as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
