All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for an immediate opening with a welding equipment supplier in Kent, WA. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Pay for the Shipping & Receiving Associate:
- $17 – $18 per hour
Location:
- Kent, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Shipping & Receiving Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift
Shipping & Receiving Associate Duties:
- Pull orders and package for daily shipments
- Affix shipping labels to cartons and pallets
- Shrink wrap and weigh pallets and cartons for outgoing shipments
- Load and unload freight carriers with the use of an electric forklift
- Count and put away incoming inventory to specific stock room locations, utilizing a stand- up forklift and or pallet jack
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Assist the main packaging department when time allows
Shipping & Receiving Associate Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to present information to individuals and small groups
- Shipping Experience preferred
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
