All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Senior Lathe Setup Machinist for an immediate opening with a local Manufacturer in Arlington, WA. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience to join a well-established team with endless opportunity for growth! Don’t miss out on this temp to hire opportunity!
Pay for the Senior Lathe Setup Machinist:
- $33 to $36 per hour depending on experience
Location:
- Arlington, WA
Schedule for the Senior Lathe Setup Machinist:
- Monday – Thursday
- Day Shift: 6am – 4:30pm
- Overtime opportunities available
Senior Lathe Setup Machinist Duties:
- Fabricate metallic parts using conventional, special purpose, numerical control (NC), CNC machines and machining centers
- Program and edit on the shop floor
- Solve both routine and complex problems without supervision
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Senior Lathe Setup Machinist Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T, G&M codes
- Experience with set up and operation of conventional, special purpose, numerical control (NC), CNC machines and machining centers
- Able to train and mentor junior level machinists
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
