Our team is growing! All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Selling Branch Manager for an immediate opening for our internal team in our Reno, NV Branch. Our team enjoys full benefits and a uncapped commission potential!
Pay for the Selling Branch Manager:
- $60k+ per year depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
Location:
- Reno, NV area
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Selling Branch Manager:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift
Selling Branch Manager Duties:
- Grow the branch by sales and recruitment efforts
- Establish and maintain client relationships and ensure we are providing high-quality service
- Monitor day-to-day operations including, client and candidate engagement, order fulfillment, recruitment strategies, and compliance
- Stay up-to-date on changing employment laws and market trends and train staff accordingly
- Identify and implement new recruitment techniques – social media, community connections, and job fairs
- Perform monthly check-ins and annual performance reviews of all branch staff
- Review prospects and sales progress to ensure productivity and profitability
Selling Branch Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years business development experience preferred
- 2+ years recruiting and/or staffing experience preferred
- JobDiva or similar ATS experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient using MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience networking and recruiting in person and via social media (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Experience networking with local businesses, organizations, and schools
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
