All StarZ Staffing is hiring multiple Production Assemblers for immediate openings with a local sensors & controls supplier in Arlington, WA. We’re looking for individuals who are driven, want to grow in their role, and expand their skills! Don’t miss this temp to hire opportunity!

Pay for the Production Assembler:
- $17.50 per hour
Location:
- Arlington, WA
Schedule for the Production Assembler:
- Monday – Thursday
- Day Shift – 6am to 4:30pm
- Occasional OT Friday’s (with notice)
Production Assembler Duties:
- Follow written instructions to assemble and test parts
- Meet or exceed parts per hour goals for assigned workstation
- Understand and meet IATF quality criteria of each assigned assembly process
- Support cross-training expectations by continuing to train and learn various production assembly skills
- Support continuous improvement by participating in weekly 5S duties and/or Kaizen events
- Speak up with improvement ideas individually, with the supervisor, and in group discussions
- Notice and alert lead or supervisor if something doesn’t seem to be right
Warehouse Assembler Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work at a steady pace
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform various mathematical tasks accurately
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Must be comfortable receiving written and verbal feedback
- Willing to work over-time as needed to meet production requirements
