All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Office Coordinator for an immediate opening with a company in Carnation, WA. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!

Pay for the Office Coordinator:

  • $20.00 – $27.00 per hour

Location:

  • Carnation, WA

Schedule for the Office Coordinator:

  • Flexible hybrid schedule:  Mix of in-office and remote work available
  • Tuesdays 2:00pm – 10:00pm (due to evening meetings)

Office Coordinator Duties:

  • Perform clerical, technical, and administrative work in the finance and administrative field
  • Assist with coordinating service calls with public works maintenance staff
  • Provide records and information to clients, and outside agencies
  • Research and compile data
  • Post transactions to accounting records
  • Answer and transfer phone calls

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to record and maintain accurate records
  • Must have strong computer skills, including proficient MS Word and Excel skills
  • Must be able to use office equipment, including 10-key, copy machine, fax machine, and postage machine
