All StarZ Staffing is hiring a HR Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening in Redmond, WA. We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience for this Temp to Hire opportunity.

 

Pay for the HR Administrative Assistant:

  • $19.36-26.62 per hour

Location:

  • Redmond, WA
  • Bus line accessible

Schedule for the HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Day Shift

HR Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Meet remotely with new hires to electronically collect completed forms via Teams
  • Manage multiple MS Outlook inboxes
  • Manage electronic files for personnel and benefit records
  • Create and update spreadsheets using formulas and v-lookups in Excel
  • Assist with recruitment processes by posting ads
  • Organize invoices and supporting paperwork
  • Use Adobe to combine documents into one file
  • Share documents with SharePoint
  • Download survey results from MS Forms
  • Generate survey emails and download results
  • Maintain organization charts using Visio
  • In-person document verification including I-9s and COVID-19 vaccination cards

HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative support
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Adobe interactive experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to provide a positive customer service experience
  • Able to use discretion and tact with sensitive, confidential information
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
