All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Hospitality Specialist for the night shift with a hotel in Seatac, WA. You’ll register and assist hotel guests. Previous experience is a plus. Full time, temp to hire.
Pay for the Hospitality Specialist:
- $19.06 per hour
Location:
- Seatac, WA
Schedule for the Hospitality Specialist:
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
Hospitality Specialist Duties:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and public areas
Hospitality Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
