All StarZ Staffing is hiring a General Warehouse / Inventory Associate for an immediate opening at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor near Bremerton and Silverdale, WA. This role focuses on inventory control, stock accuracy, material handling, and warehouse organization within a secure, professional environment. We are seeking candidates with prior inventory or stockroom experience who can reliably work a swing shift schedule. This is a full-time, 9–12 month contract opportunity.

What schedule does this role have? Monday through Friday, swing shift (4:00pm – 1:00am).
What does the General Warehouse / Inventory Associate do? This role supports daily warehouse inventory operations, including counting, tracking, stocking, organizing, and verifying materials to ensure accurate inventory levels.

- Bus line accessible: Kitsap Transit provides service directly to Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor

Schedule for the General Warehouse / Inventory Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Swing shift: 4:00pm – 1:00am
- OT available

General Warehouse / Inventory Associate Duties:
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock verification as part of daily warehouse associate responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
- Track inventory using warehouse management or inventory systems
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and product accuracy
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for distribution or internal use
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors
General Warehouse / Inventory Associate Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse inventory or stockroom experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the full swing shift schedule
- Ability to follow structured procedures in a secure work environment
- Must be able to pass required background and security screening for base access
