All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Equipment Operator for an immediate opening with a beverage distribution company in Kent, WA. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Pay for the Equipment Operator:
- $20 (or more!) per hour, depending on experience
Location:
- Kent, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Equipment Operator:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 8am – 4:30pm
Equipment Operator Duties:
- Load and unload delivery trucks using sit-down forklift
- Count and sort incoming product to verify receipt of items
- Gather, palletize, and distribute items
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Assemble customer orders from stock and build orders on pallets
- Use a Cherry Picker to pick orders – must be comfortable at heights (training available)
- Document the amount of products or items received or distributed
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at heights (to pick orders with a Cherry Picker)
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
