All StarZ Staffing is hiring Concrete & Rebar Construction Workers for a 6-month housing project in Guam. You’ll work with a solid crew, get guaranteed weekly overtime, and travel, housing, and meals are included.
Pay & Schedule for the Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker:
- $22 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
- Guaranteed 10 hours of overtime pay every week (time and a half)
- Full-time, 50 hours/week
- 6-month contract with the option to extend
Location, Travel & Housing:
- Worksite located in Guam
- Travel, housing, and meals are provided for the project.
- No relocation needed — you’ll return to Washington after the project
- Dorm-style shared housing with your crew

Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker Duties:
- Build and set forms for foundations and walls
- Tie, cut, and place rebar per plans
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Help with cleanup and material handling
- Work as part of a team to hit daily goals
Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete, rebar, or general construction
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable for full-time hours with overtime
- U.S. passport or enhanced driver’s license (for travel to Guam)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
(If you’ve done construction or concrete work before, you’re qualified — no special certifications required).
