All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening with a manufacturing company in San Bernardino, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Pay for the Administrative Assistant:
- $20 per hour
Location:
- San Bernardino, CA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Administrative Assistant:
- Monday – Thursday 6am – 2:30pm
- Friday 5am – 1:30pm
- OT available
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Answer emails using Microsoft Outlook
- Schedule meetings & make appointments
- Manage Engineers’ calendar
- Data entry & filing
- Handle incoming calls & forward to the right person
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have good organization skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office, including Outlook
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
