All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Administrative/ Accounting Assistant for an immediate opening with an automotive supply warehouse in Arlington, WA (near the Arlington Municipal Airport). We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience handling invoicing, check deposits, and daily office tasks. Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills required. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth.
Pay for the Administrative / Accounting Assistant:
- $22 – $24 per hour
Job Location:
- Arlington, WA (Smokey Point), near the Arlington Municipal Airport, and I-5
- Accessible via Community Transit bus route 202 (some walking required)
- Conveniently located near Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Walmart
Schedule for the Administrative / Accounting Assistant:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm

Administrative / Accounting Assistant Duties:
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and delivery drivers
- Process check deposits and support accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Prepare and track invoices and job-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate filing systems for administrative and accounting documents
- Perform general office support including copying, scanning, data entry, and scheduling
- Communicate with team members and customers to support daily operations
Administrative / Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience with check deposits, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping required
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
